From 1995 to 2005 Diesel Doug was a beloved Portland Based band. They released 3 critically acclaimed albums over their 10 year run; “An Angel Not a Saint” (1997) “The Fine Art of Carousing” (1999) and in 2005 “Mistakes were Made” a retrospective compilation of unreleased tracks, live cuts and fan favorites.They toured the East coast and Eastern Canada extensively developing a solid and fervent fan base. And they shared the stage over the years with many of the great country and roots acts of the era including Wayne Hancock, Fred Eaglesmith, Dwight Yoakam and the legend, Willie Nelson. In 2005 the group disbanded to pursue other interests. S
